EP. 17 - The History of the Gay Rights Movement and the Supreme Court of the United States - Part 1
Show Notes
This week on Sweet Baby Gay we are here to talk about the history of the Gay Rights Movement and the Supreme Court of the United States.
With everything happening in America within the past week, we thought it would be a good time to go through the Gay Rights court cases in the Supreme Court that have given us the rights we have today. Many of these writes have been determined with reference to Roe v Wade, so they could be at risk when the case is over turned. For our community, we believe it is best that we all stay educated and up to date about our rights.
We did not make it through all the cases we wanted to, so this is only Part 1! Part 2 will be out next week.
